Brain storming lesson on organising the event.
I missed this lesson, because i missed this lesson i missed out on allot of stuff, what were doing, how were doing it. but with the help of my teacher and class mates i got back on track and now i no what I'm doing. this did not help my attendeance.

Training for the 12 hour run.
we all came into lesson on time to find out what we would be doing. Everyone had the right kit. sir spit the group into 3 groups, some people on the tread mil some on the cross trainer and some on the static bike. Our  task for today was to train on all of these machines for 30 minutes. it was a hard task but we all got through. My punctuality was good here because in got to the lesson on time and i had the right kit.

coming to lesson on time with the right kit helped me in my performance, because i turned up  up on time and ready i go the full 30 minutes i needed to do. and having the correct kit made me feel more comfortable.

Training for the 12 hour run session 2.
Like last lesson we needed to do another 30 minute cardio run for our sport relief event. last time i was on the tread-mill so this time i would be on the cross training, i was on time again so that i knew what i was doing. i think the cross trainer was harder than the tread-mill. Doing different things though and feeling different will help in the actual event because when its come around to it after your first run you will feel the strain, so its all good practise. Again bringing my kit and being on time helped because i got the full 30 minutes i needed to do.

lesson 3 planning the lesson.
Lesson 3 we planned everything, the class made face book sites, PowerPoint's banners, we collected buckets to raise money. We all worked as a team. at the end of this lesson everything was mostly planned. I think my attitude to this lesson was good because we got loads done. We all got sponsor sheets so we could raise money for sport relief. Lesson 4 training and the assembly.
we all did another 30 minute run before we needed to do another assembly for the lower school. Are run was pretty hard because we had done so many to this point but we made it. we then needed to get ready for the assembly. I wore a shirt, trousers and shoes so i think my personal presentation was good.

Days before the event.
It was Monday and we needed to do 8 half hour runs before next Monday then that was our training done. i did 3 Monday, 2 Tuesday, 1 Wednesday and 2 Thursday. i think i worked really hard to finish my training. I think i used good time management to get these runs done because i needed to fit them into  my time table. my attendance needed to be a 100% for that week because i wanted to get it done. All of us now needed good attitude becuase everything was ready.

Everything was ready for the day, posters were up the assembly was done the whole school knew what was going to happen. Our main task now was to complete the run. so we went off into the weekend and a big rest.

THE BIG DAY.

I woke up at 3:30 had a shower had  my breakfast and i was raring to go. I walked to school and i got there for 4:45. I was there on time and i had the right kit. I came to the lesson in good spirit knowing i was going to complete the task i trained for. The 12 hours were split for all of us, 3 people would go on the treadmill, the cross trainer and the bike. We would go on that for half hour and do 8 sessions of it. It all started well and everything was going well. It was a few hours until school would start, so the fun raising from the teachers wouldn't have started yet. we was told to bring in food and drink for the day, mainly pasta and water, this would give us energy for the day.

School had started and everything was underway, it was all steady. teachers would bring there classes in and they would go on the bikes that were set up in the old gym. This was to make them fell apart of the day and so they had there chance to raise money for sport relief. They would get a sticker and a certificate for there part. Teacther's would come in at lunch time and other kids would come to raise money. All of us was getting tired and it was only our 3 run. After my run i went around the classes with a bucket to ask for some extra money to raise. I would come back a swap and then someone would go off and do it again. Every run was getting harder and harder but none of us was going to give up. My performance was good i thought for how much i had done by this time.

School had finished and the whole school day went well we raised loads of money, but we still had some running to do. The rest of the day was quiet because we were tired and just wanted to get in finished. Every one had finished except the last 3, Me Ashley and Bonn. It was the hardest one because it dragged, the public was coming in and starting there training so it was full of people and us 3 finishing our run. Everyone waited for us to finish and they was encouraging us to finish. My time managment was good for this day.

We was finished and everyone was relieved and just wanted to go home.

We ran loads, bath to France and we raised £500 for sport relief.
I was proud of my self for completing this task.
